Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI) has recently completed the installation of Utility Management Solution.net (UMS.net) for Commercial Water and Energy, Co., of Miami, Florida. UMS.net is the latest technology in CIS/Billing applications and was developed in Microsoft’s .net environment. UMS.net is a Customer Information System (CIS) and Utility Billing application that allows CW&E to service its apartment resident customers with expanded online bill payment and account management services.

 

UMS.net also provides property managers with the ability to manage their utility accounts online. Through UMS.net property managers can now directly manage the utility billing of their tenants as they move in and out. In addition the web based property management software provides real time information regarding the billing and collection activity of each property and unit.
