Manage Multiple Departments Elements XS allows you to manage and track items for multiple departments. All folio items are tracked independently per each department (or what we like to call a "Utility"). You are in full control over which users are allowed to access these Utilities. Switching between utilities is as simple as clicking the "Switch Utility" button and selecting the appropriate Utility. Elements XS will then load the appropriate Map Themes- and Folio data as well as colorize the entire application based on your user preferences.
