After several weeks of careful consideration, CUSI has decided to cancel the upcoming User Summit scheduled for October 14th-16th in Las Vegas.
Protecting the health of our Customers and Employees is our number one priority, and with the coronavirus pandemic still unfolding, it is hard to imagine a scenario in which we could move forward with full confidence. While we wish circumstances were different, we hope to use this time to improve customer communication by sending out more informative emails on a regular basis.
Please take the following actions as soon as possible:
Contact your airline to cancel your flight. Many airlines are offering concessions in light of the travel concerns associated with COVID-19. We apologize for any inconvenience or challenges this may cause you.
If you made your hotel reservation please be sure to cancel your room.
Conference registrations will be automatically canceled and refunded in full. This process may take up to 45 days, we appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have not received a refund as of August 26th, please contact CUSI Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org
