Continental Utility Solutions, Inc. (CUSI), a national leader in Customer Information Systems, Utility Billing, Accounting and Operational software and technology services, is currently seeking an entry level Software Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of CUSI products and services to the utility and local government sector.
Responsibilities shall include:
- Regional sales and travel
- Product representation
- Marketing strategy development and execution
- Client prospecting
- Relationship development
- Business to business cold calling
- Contact database management
- Sales proposal development
- Industry trade show representation
Required Skills shall include:
- Building and maintaining successful customer relationships
- Identify and articulate market and client requirements
- Proven sales organization and process management
- Product presentation
- Self motivated, energetic with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Strong command of the product
- Planning and achieving sales targets consistently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Sales Management Applications
Knowledge of software technology and the utility industry is a significant plus.
Compensation is based upon a combination of salary and commissions.
