What is your job title at CUSI? Technical Support Representative
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I am responsible for going above and beyond to provide world class software support for CUSI’s valued customers.
What is your educational background? I have served my country in the US Army Infantry. I have my degree in Ministry and developed my love for the IT world while on staff at one of the largest churches in America. Since then, I have worked for two Fortune 500 companies, where I received technical education and certificates from Comp TIA, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP and Lenovo.
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I love the moment I can hear that sigh in a customer’s voice, meaning I was able to bring them a sense of relief to a problem they have been struggling with.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I constantly try to talk and engage with our customers on a personal level. Many customers complain about not understanding the IT language, so I try to be patient and understanding so our customers truly learn from our conversations. I treat our customers in the same way I want to be treated.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I believe in God, Country and Family. I love spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors and football. Go Cowboys and Roll Tide!
