What is your job title at CUSI? Customer Care Manager
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. I act as the first line of contact for many of our customers. It’s my responsibility to make sure each caller is getting to the right department and helped as quickly as possible. I also have many responsibilities around the office including, shipping packages, scheduling updates and patches, and ordering all necessary supplies for the office. I handle all the incoming faxes and general emails, as well as taking care of many of the bill forms our customers use. It’s hard to name all the small things I help with, but my responsibilities are growing and changing each day.
What is your educational background? I attended the University of Central Arkansas with a major in Literature.
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? My favorite part of working at CUSI is getting the chance to work on such an amazing team. Getting to work closely with such talented and knowledgable individuals has been very rewarding and allows me to learn something new every day.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? My main goal is to ensure each customer’s satisfaction with the services they receive, by prioritizing their requests and following up to make sure they are taken care of.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I enjoy crafting and making costumes in my spare time. I also enjoy playing music and learning new instruments as often as possible!
