What is your job title at CUSI? Technical Support Representative
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI. Primarily I am responsible for responding and troubleshooting customer calls and concerns regarding CUSI products. I field emails, calls and faxes from customers to get them the answers they need. I also work directly with clients to implement modules and create custom forms. I assist with online, onsite and in house training for both new and existing CUSI customers.
What is your educational background? I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Educations with an emphasis in choral music. I left college after discovering my love for technology, but plan to re-enroll and seek a degree in technology in the near future.
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI? I love talking to a wide variety of people I come in contact with. I am a very social person and I enjoy talking to and learning about the customers while helping them solve their problems.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI? I not only fix the customer’s issue, but teach them how our software works. I make myself personable and build rapport with the customers so they know they are speaking with someone and not a robot. I really want our customers to be satisfied with my service.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work? I’m somewhat of a social media junkie and movie buff. I enjoy all of the social media sites, and even own and write two blogs. When I’m not doing that, I’m killing my time by watching Campy “B” Horror flicks!
