Training Coordinator/Technical Support
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.
I train employees in the use and support of our products. I also conduct on site and in-house trainings for our clients on best practices and operation of our software. I monitor the quality of the Tech Support desk so we maintain the high standards that we have for the support of our customers. I work on the Technical Support team assisting our clients with the daily operations of their billing software. I support both CBSW and UMS billing software.
What is your educational background?
Bachelors of Science in Communications from Arkansas State University, Jonesboro, AR
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?
I enjoy the one on one contact with our customers. I love teaching someone to be more effective and efficient in their jobs.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?
I train our employees and customers, as well as quality monitoring of our Technical Support desk and help improve customer satisfaction with the products we serve.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy traveling, crafting, flea marketing, fishing, reading and cooking.
