What is your job title at CUSI?
Customer Care Manager
Summarize your responsibilities at CUSI.
I maintain customer databases, while prioritizing technical support and all incoming calls, manage digital files, process all sales agreements and plan User Group meetings and trainings. I also maintain supplies and plan all parties and activities for our CUSI employees.
What is your favorite part about your job at CUSI?
I love planning and organizing all of the many charitable activities CUSI participates in. Over the years we have been able to give back to our community and it makes me very proud to be part of such a caring and fun group.
How do you create value for our customers at CUSI?
I consider myself the front line for customer service in our company. As calls come in, I greet them and direct them where they need to go. Over the years my responsibilities have evolved into planning various In-House Trainings and User Group Meetings that are attended by members of our customer base throughout the country. Whether it’s planning a large event or dealing with a single customer, I always ensure each customer is beyond satisfied with the level of service they have received.
What are your favorite hobbies you enjoy outside of work?
I have a very active home life. My son, Luke, plays high school football and baseball, while my daughter, Maddie, plays volleyball. I love attending their sport events throughout the week and on the weekends. I also enjoy music and attending live concerts with my husband, David. When we’re not encompassed in these activities, I love to grill and cook for my family.
